Global analyst firm, Info-Tech Research Group recently performed an extensive analysis of the CPQ market, collecting end-user feedback on providers to determine their performance along a variety of metrics, including Net Emotional Footprint, Vendor Capabilities, Product Features, and Likeliness to Recommend.
Their analysis has provided a deep dive view of capabilities, service and support provided by players within the CPQ industry. Based on this user feedback, CloudSense emerges as a leader in the market.
CloudSense scored particularly high on Likeliness to Recommend (86%), Plan to Renew (100%), and Net Emotional Footprint (81%), a metric which aggregates a provider’s importance to professional success with the strength of emotional connection it forges with its customers.
In addition to this, CloudSense attained a perfect score of 100% for positive sentiments surrounding relationships and interaction. These combined scores have placed CloudSense in the top right region of ITRG’s Data Quadrant (see below), and earned them a 2022 CPQ Gold Medal rating.
"At CloudSense, we are committed to maintaining the best possible relationship with our customers, from the implementation phase, through to support and beyond,” CloudSense Chief Services Officer, Jonathan Hodgson said. “We are delighted by these results, and they emphasize the importance of customer support in this space."
